Welcome to the Mouw Lab (@mouwlab)
The Mouw Lab is a basic and translational research laboratory located in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham & Women's Hospital, and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. We are a team of cancer biologists and oncologists who are using genomic and functional approaches to study the role of DNA repair pathway alterations in tumor biology with a particular interest in genitourinary cancers. We aim to discover novel DNA repair-directed therapies and identify biomarkers that can guide the use of existing DNA damaging agents such as radiation and chemotherapy as well as targeted agents such as PARP inhibitors and anti-PD1/PD-L1 agents.
